EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
All items purchased between 1st Dec - 5th Jan are eligible for our christmas returns policy.
ALL ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM
All orders placed outside the United Kingdom e.g. Eu & international will have to pay import duties. We RpshoppingHQ will not be held accountable for this fee & fees will be collected via the delivery company when your order arrives in your country.
All transactions are processed with Stripe, Paypal, Clearpay & Laybuy. Credit/debit card's are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, YOU have 14 days to return your item/purchases (minus shipping costs) for credit note or exchange. Our return policy will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product(s) was received. Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.
In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item, please send a returns request via email to the following address info@rpshopping.co.uk.
The item(s) must be returned to us 'as new condition', original packaging & tags intact .
Once we receive your item(s) we will process them as quickly as possible.
